 What does it feel like?
 The sensation is pleasant and apparent. You will feel a mild pulsing sensation, followed by some tightening of the Bicep & Tricep muscles. How often do I need to use the Flex Arms® unit?
You should use the Flex Arms® 5 times a week, 30 minutes per session. With this schedule, you should see results in 4-8 weeks. Keep using it 5 times a week until you achieved the results you are after. Then use it 2 to 3 times a week to maintain these results.
Can I share my Flex Arms® with my spouse/friend?
Yes of course. However it is not the most efficient way to use – if more than one person intends to use the product, we recommend ordering two Flex Arms units and here is why:
If you share your Flex Arms, the Gel Pads will wear much quicker as they will need to be re-positioned for your partner unless you are both the exact same size.
You will also need to change the Gel Pads much more frequently if you are sharing. If you do chose to share your Flex Arms, you must order more Gel Pads on your first order because the first set won’t last long enough to see results between two people.
You won’t be able to wear the Flex Arms together if you share. A lot of people wear the Flex products together while taking walks, socializing, doing chores around the house etc...

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, modification, moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply, or to any product with an altered or defaced serial number. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the Gel Pads. Unless your Flex Product didn’t work when you first received it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product for your replacement. We recommend that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and insure your product's safe delivery. We cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D.
